Tell me about your health and fitness history as well as how you foresee your health in five months, five years, and beyond. We will discuss injuries, medications and other information to effectively move forward.

The Assessment

I'll walk you through a series of exercises to asses your level of fitness and give me information of how to proceed with program design. We will talk about proper muscle-warming and stretching techniques, posture, body mechanics, breathing and muscle endurance. We will talk about your approach and how to optimize the way you move in order to improve your body mechanics. 


Your First Session

FINDING YOUR LIMITS

I'll find out what I need to know about your breathing when performing a series of exercises, find the point at which your muscles are unable to perform, the point at which your body posture and mechanics fall out of form and see how resilient you are. How hard you push yourself, whether you are aware of your own limits, or if you are just a bit discouraged.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

No goals can be met without taking the proper nutrients and macro-nutrients into the body with the same discipline exercised in the gym. Proper nutrition is important for resistance sports including weight and strength training. Maintaining good eating habits can improve overall performance and increase muscle strength. 

 
 

At the end, we will discuss what it will take for you to reach your goals.
